Welcome to PD Book Hub. By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and Book Conditions

PD Book Hub primarily sells preloved books. Because each book is unique, individual copies may show signs of previous ownership or age, including tanning or yellowing of pages, foxing, cover or edge wear, spine creases, markings, inscriptions, or other imperfections.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, Book Condition information, Condition Notes, and actual photos of the specific copy whenever possible.

Customers are encouraged to review the complete product listing and photos before placing an order.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Many of our preloved books are available in limited quantities, and some titles may have only one copy available. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve or guarantee the item. Availability is confirmed when an order has been successfully placed and accepted.

Orders

After an order is submitted, customers are responsible for reviewing the order information provided during checkout.

We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including due to inventory discrepancies, obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfill, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, contact, and delivery information.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers. Their applicable terms and processing procedures may also apply to transactions made through their services.

Shipping and Delivery

PD Book Hub offers available shipping methods including standard delivery via SPX Express and Lalamove same-day delivery for eligible locations, as shown at checkout.

Shipping fees, availability, estimated delivery times, and other delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and other order-related claims are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Philippine law.

Because our products are primarily preloved, signs of use or imperfections that were clearly disclosed in the product listing or visible in the product photos are generally not considered product defects.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate. However, minor errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

Because computer and mobile displays may vary, the appearance or color of a book in photographs may differ slightly from how it appears in person.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, PD Book Hub's original website content, graphics, branding, layout, and original photographs may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, book titles, cover artwork, publisher materials, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal information submitted through our store is collected, used, and handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
